Minnesota's Essential Skills Credential Program What is it? FIVE Separate Credentials: Four individual certificates obtained by completing CASAS Level C with a score of 261 on the Writing test, and 236 on the Reading, Math and Listening Life and Work tests (221 on the Lifeskills Listening test). One FINAL certificate awarded for mastery in all four areas.
