Job Application: Level B - Reading Lesson
In this lesson, students identify different pieces of information needed to fill out a job application: personal information, availability, schooling, and employment history.

Map Reading: Level B - Reading Lesson
In this lesson, students practice map reading vocabulary such as, north, south, east, west, street, avenue, on the corner of, cross street and map legend. They learn how to interpret a map legend and give directions from one location to another.

Medicine Labels: Level B - Reading Lesson
Students interpret different parts of a medicine label and answer comprehension questions in multiple choice format.  A lesson for self study is included in this lesson.

Work Schedule: Level B - Reading Lesson
Students interpret and fill in missing information on a work schedule.  Notations indicated by an asterisk are discussed and practiced.  In this case, an asterisk indicates that a worker is scheduled to take an early lunch.

Narrative - Employment: Level B - Reading Lesson
This lesson gives students practice with some key work-related vocabulary: benefits, schedule, previous, current, medical insurance, etc., as well as reading comprehension through two multiple choice reading exercises. A lesson for self study is included in this lesson.
